Download Instruction for Akeni Help Desk Assistant

You need to download and install the following three pieces of software that make up the Akeni Help Desk Assistant system:

1. The messaging server, which handles the transfer of messages between the customer and the operator. This server needs to be installed first.
2. The help desk web server, which let the customer's browser connect to it. The messages are then transferred to the messaging server. Note that this does not have to installed on the same computer as the messaging server.
3. The operator client side software, which needs to be installed on every operators' computer.
